Beats Fit Pro are the worst earbuds
Main Post:
Do not buy Beats Fit Pro, they're the worst product I have ever bought. I got my Beats Fit Pro in December, as I was looking for a pair of good fitting earbuds for the gym. I had to repair them already in February, as the right earbuds straight up stopped working. It's June now, and I am sending them back for repair again, as the volume is low, there's a high pitched noise and chirping, no bass and impossible to listen to anything without going mad from the horrible sound.
Top Comment: Beats and skullcandy audio products are mediocre but at least skullcandy audio products are better and besides these hype audio products aren’t actually that great so it’s better to just go with your gut and decide yourself instead of just going on brand

Long term Beats Fit Pro Review?
Main Post:
Hello, I am seriously considering buying these earbuds due to Airpods Pro always popping put of my ears.
I have seen lots of people on reddit saying that there ear hooks teared off after 1 year of use and this is a common issue with the earbuds. Has this actually happened to you?
Is anyone here who has these earbuds for more than 2 years? Are they still in good condition?
Thanks in advance!!
Top Comment: Had mine just over two years. Weightlifting, running, sweating, heavy sweating, phone calls, everything, use them 3-5 days a week for an average of an hour at a time (I also have AirPod Pros I keep in my bag, and over-ear for at-desk usage). If my Beats Fit Pro broke, I’d buy another pair immediately. If my AirPods Pros broke, I’d just use my Beats Fit Pros in their place for now. I wish the case was slightly smaller and they had wireless charging. Otherwise, they’re the perfect “do everything” earbuds. Just take them out of the case by their body, not the ear fin (to help prevent damage).
why are there so many negative reviews about the fit pro earbuds?

a lot of people have been saying that they find them painful/uncomfortable and that the ANC is not that good?
Top Comment: My wife hates them and thinks they hurt. My son and I love them. Must depend upon the person and their ears.

Airpods pro 2 or beats fit pro?
Main Post:
the two main thing I want to is sound quality and noise cancellation. I tried the airpods pro 2 and the noise cancellation is amazing. I was wondering if the beats fit pro comes close to the noise cancellation of app2
Top Comment: The Beats Fit Pro are essentially the AirPods Pro 1 in a different package. They’re missing features like Qi charging and their ANC isn’t as good as the AirPods Pro 2. It’s fine, but not worth their full MSRP. I wouldn’t buy a pair at this point. They’re old and in need of an update. Some think they’re going to get an update this Fall. The PowerBeats Pro 2 are just around the corner. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Fit Pro 2 are released after that and are just the PowerBeats Pro 2 in a smaller package. If ANC and sound quality are your priority (and you have an Apple device), go with the AirPods Pro 2. If you have an Android phone, you’re better off with earbuds from competitors like Sony or JBL. Hell, they’re even worth considering if you have an iPhone. The AirPods Pro 2 don’t fit my ears, so I have the JBL Tour Pro 3. Same level of ANC with longer battery life and better audio quality I can tune to what I want. The new Sony LinkBuds Fit are coming my way in two weeks when they launch. I’ll bug AirPods when Apple adds wings tips because none of their earbuds comfortably fit my ears except the PowerBeats Pro. The Fit Pro hurt my ears after just half an hour.
How good are the beats fit pro?
Main Post:
Hi I was wondering how good is the beats fit pro good or not because I’ve been doing some research and I hear many complaints of how people say the earbuds disconnect a lot and has other issues? I don’t know if maybe the issues are fixed by now since most posts about the issues are from months to years old
I will be using these earbuds for long cardio sessions basically every day and was wondering is it sweat resistant.
Top Comment: They’re solid but the wingtip can take a few days to get used to. If they cause any pain where the wing makes contact after your first listening session, don’t fret. It stopped happening for me after 4 days. If it still happens after more than a week then consider returning them and waiting for Powerbeats pro 2, Beats fit pro 2 aren’t coming anytime soon. As for reliability, it’s great. They rarely have issues with connectivity unless you get a buggy pair. And don’t pull them out of the case by the wing, pull them out by pinching the sides of the hard part of the earbud. Grabbing them out of the case by the wing will eventually rip it off.
Beats Fit Pro > Powerbeats Pro 2
Main Post:
This morning I received the PBP2 and I'll be returning them in favor of my BFP. The main reason is fit. The BFP are significantly more secure in my ears.
The PBP2 obviously have better tech. But I use these for running, so fit is the #1 consideration for me, and in terms of which one has a better fit, it's not even close. This is surprising considering the PBP have an earhook. I also appreciate the slimmer profile and smaller size of the BFP.
I'm a bit disappointed because it has been a long time since beats updated either of these fitness buds. But even after 4 years I'm still LOVING the BFP. So hopefully it won't be long before the BFP2 is released.
TLDR: BFP fit much better than PBP2 so I won't be upgrading.
Top Comment: So I just opened my Powerbeats Pro 2... I have NOT yet worn them for a workout, I'll do that later today, but I have to admit I have concerns. I had the Powerbeats Pro for maybe 1.5 years, then the Beats Fit Pro for 3 years now... my initial impressions are these: The sound is similar to the BFP, I would not say the PBP2 is superior. Not a big deal for me, I like them both. The ANR and Transparency with a properly fit eartip is *about the same* for the PBP2 and BFP. I've tried with furnace noise, TV in the background, and a speaker playing airplane noise and really they are very very close. If anything the BFP may actually make a room sound slightly quieter but it's really hard to tell. This is NOT the big improvement people talk about going from the H1 in the AirPods Pro to the H2 in the AirPods Pro 2... I already thought the BFP was good, meaning this is good too, but this isn't really better in a meaningful way which is disappointing I guess. The PBP2 came with the medium sized tips installed, and they are too small for my ears (not surprising, I typically use large) and would lose a good seal (and fail the test) if I moved my jaw around. I switched to large tips and that made the right PBP2 feel pretty good but the left was still a bit too loose and really moving around my jaw or head banging would loosen the left eartip and at would fail the test and feel loose. (I want to be clear: in this entire paragraph when I say "loose" I mean the ear seal, NOT the entire earbud itself, nothing will cause these to fall off with the hook.) I finally switched both the left and the right to the XL seal and then both feel pretty good. I still think they feel looser / less perfect on the seal than the BFP which for me *really* locks in with the wingtip and even with a LOT of head movement really don't move at all. I'm a person who can't wear AirPods or AirPods Pro *at all* without them falling out, even sitting over time they will fall out, and the first generation PBP and even more so the BFP (because of the smaller size and ANR) were revelations for me. The magnets in the case align and hold the PBP2 *much* more securely than the old PBP and case, and I bet they have totally resolved the charging connection issues that plagued the PBP last generation. You can even open the case and violently shake it upside down and they won't come out or budge in the least. The PBP2 look way better than the PBP did and I think they look the best of any behind the ear hook style headphones. I still have a soft spot for the BFP because I think they look great and are more subtle when NOT working out. I do feel the PBP2 will be slightly more comfortable than the BFP because of the fact they feel "looser" inside the ear for me than the locked in BFP. If they can maintain sound quality and ANR while I'm running and overtime while being more comfortable that would be the number 1 reason why you might consider than better than the BFP, but I've grown VERY used to the BFP over the last 3 years and I'm not bothered by the strong hold inside my ear until I've been wearing them for many, many hours. The case is much better sized than the old PBP case. It's still about 50% larger than the BFP. The way I describe it is like this: 1) the AirPods case is EASY and ideal to fit in your pants pocket 2) the BFP case can fit in your pants pocket and it isn't a big deal, but it is a slightly noticeable bulge that isn't ideal 3) the PBP2 can fit in your pants pocket in an emergency, but you wouldn't want to ever really carry it this way and really should carry this in a bag unless you really had too. The old PBP case... you *couldn't* carry that in pants... ever. It's nice the case is wirelessly charging now... it is silly the BFP case doesn't. Obviously I have used these less than 30 minutes and not even for one workout so this all was probably grossly unfair but I do have concerns like I said. I won't be using the HR functionality of the PBP2 since I use an Apple Watch so these need to be at least one or more of the following to justify using over the 1) better sound 2) better ANR or transparency 3) more comfortable and secure fit. Right now I'm concerned for me it really isn't any of the those 3 things as while it is "secure" in the sense it doesn't fall off my ear if the inner seal is looser and feels awkward or hurts ANR that's a big miss for me. I'm going to give it a fair shake but perhaps I was just one of those people the BFP was perfect for...
sony linkbuds fit vs beats fit pro?
Main Post:
Which one is better in sound, mic and anc quality? Thinking of using every day and at the gym, so it’s important they don’t fall out too
Top Comment: I’ve had both. Sound and anc goes to Sony. Fit goes to beats primarily because of the fins. Sonys slide out of my ear and break seal during very intense exercise and sweat, while beats always stay put. Linkbuds fit is another option because it has the same fins. I don’t own that one though.
Waiting the Beats Fit Pro 2nd gen
Main Post:
I’ve been using the Beats Fit Pro for three years, and they’re still my everyday use. Great fit, solid ANC, and seamless with Apple devices. But when is Apple dropping the 2nd gen?
Would love to see better battery, ANC improvement AirPods Pro 2 features. Anyone else still using these and waiting for 2nd fen of Beats Fit Pro?
Top Comment: so am i. fit bit pro is far better than powerbeats ugly design more secure fit and solid during exercise or daily use
